  • International Orders: For customers outside India, delivery may take 10-14 business days, depending on customs and your location.

2. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

      • Visit Our Store: For repairs, we require you to bring your jewellery to one of our stores. Our expert jewellers will assess the repair needed and assist you with the process.
      • Repair Costs: While manufacturing defects are repaired for free, repairs due to wear and tear or accidental damage will incur a fee, depending on the extent of the damage.
      • Estimate: After assessing the item, we will provide you with a clear cost estimate for the repair services, which you must approve before we proceed.
