  • Delivery Times: Once your jewellery is ready, it will be shipped to the address you provided. Delivery times vary based on location:
    • Domestic Orders: Typically, 3 to 7 business days after shipping.
    • International Orders: For customers outside India, delivery may take 10-14 business days, depending on customs and your location.

2. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

When you place an order, we’ll confirm your purchase and start preparing your jewellery. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Please note that NAKRANI GOLD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to issues such as product availability, incorrect pricing, or payment errors.
  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please reach out to us at nakranigold13@gmail.com or +919099515993 as soon as possible. Orders that are already in production may not be cancelable.

  • Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges: You may return or exchange your jewellery within 15 days of receiving it, provided the item is in original, unworn condition and in its original packaging.
  • Custom and Personalized Jewellery: Custom-made or personalized items (engraved, altered, or made-to-order) are non-returnable unless defective.
  • How to Return or Exchange:

    • Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization Number and provide you with return instructions.
    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
    • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
